Molloy earns Coles AFLW Goal of the Year nomination
 
Chloe Molloy has earned a Coles AFLW Goal of the Year nomination for an incredible individual effort in the side's clash with the Western Bulldogs. 
 
Molloy was impressive in the side's Round Four defeat, polling six votes from the coaches, with three goals off 14 possessions.

This Sunday, September 13 we return to Henson Park for a massive Sydney Derby.

Swans prepare for Sydney Derby

Sydney Swans AFLW co-vice captain Cynthia Hamilton spoke to the media alongside GWS GIANTS player Tarni Evans, ahead of the AFLW Sydney Derby on Sunday. 
 
On being back at Henson Park for the first time this season, Cynthia said: "We're super excited... we love to play here. Our crowd really gets around us here and, yeah, it'll be a good weekend”.

“We want to push women’s sport to get better and better” - C.Hamilton

Sydney Swans co-vice captain Cynthia Hamilton, alongside GWS GIANTS player Tarni Evans spoke to the media today, ahead of the AFLW Sydney Derby on Sunday. Last season, more than 7,000 fans packed out Henson Park for the Sydney Derby – a record for AFLW at Henson Park. The match was also awarded the 2025 Event of the Year at the NSW Sports Awards.

Swans trio claim 8 votes each in Gary Ayres Award
 
Sydney Swans trio Logan McDonald, Tom Papley and Errol Gulden have each claimed eight votes from the coaches following the side's 53-point victory over Brisbane.
 
Midfielder Errol Gulden had a game high 34 disposals, 915m gained, eight clerances and a goal in his standout performance, while McDonald (six goals) and Papley (five goals) led the charge in the forward line.
