The Sydney Swans will take on Sydney University in the NEAFL elimination final at Giants Stadium on Saturday.

After finishing fourth on the ladder at the end of the home-and-away season the Swans will look to keep their season alive with a win against the Students.

The Brisbane Lions finished the season undefeated and will have the first week of finals off as they progress straight through to week two, while the second-placed Southport Sharks have also earned a bye.

Swans fans are welcome to get behind the side with the match set to start at 11:30am on Saturday.

Entry to Giants Stadium is via Gate D only. The gate will open at 10:45am.

Entry for the NEAFL final is free.

Bus: The following Sydney buses services run to Sydney Olympic Park:

Route 525 runs between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park.

Route 526 runs from the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf to Olympic Park.

Route 533 runs from Sydney Olympic Park to Chatswood via Rhodes and North Ryde.

Train and metro: The closest station to Giants Stadium is Olympic Park. Catch a train to Lidcombe for a direct service to Olympic Park from Platform Zero.
