The Sydney Swans officially kicked off the season at the iconic Sydney Opera House at the 2020 Season Launch, presented by QBE, on Wednesday night.
With just 44 days until Round 1, there was an air of excitement in the room as players and coach John Longmire mingled with more than 200 guests, including QBE Group CEO Pat Regan and QBE Australia Pacific CEO Vivek Bhatia.
The 2020 season marks the 34th year of partnership between the Swans and QBE.
Guests were welcomed by Swans CEO Tom Harley and Bhatia, before listening to an insightful question-and-answer panel with Longmire, co-captain Luke Parker, Isaac Heeney and Dylan Stephens.
Parker said it was a brilliant evening with the club's Principal Partner.
"The vibe is up in the room and everyone is excited to talk about the season ahead," Parker said.
"We're really looking forward to it."
