Bio 

After playing 34 games in two seasons with Geelong, Greg Williams made the move to Sydney, and played 107 games for the Swans from 1986 to 1991, before playing the remainder of his career at Carlton. His brilliant work in the midfield was instrumental in the Club’s charge to the finals in 1986 and 1987. He won the Brownlow Medal in his first season in Sydney, and was four times the Swans’ second Best and Fairest. All-Australian in 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989, Greg represented Victoria on nine occasions, and captained his state. He was named in the centre in the Swans Team of the Century, was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2001, and is a member of the AFL Team of the Century.
