The Sydney Swans have made three changes for their final match of the 2020 season against Geelong at Metricon Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Jordan Dawson, James Rowbottom and Callum Sinclair return to the side after the trio missed last week's game against the Lions in Cairns.

Dawson has recovered from a head knock sustained against Carlton in Round 16 whilst Rowbottom and Sinclair's workload was managed last week and the duo return for the final game.

Lewis Taylor (foot), Joel Armatey (ankle) and Sam Wicks (omitted) will miss the final game of the season.

Coach John Longmire said winning the midfield was a key aspect to beating the fifth placed Cats.

"We have to make sure we get on top in the midfield battle which isn't going to be easy," Longmire said.

"We need to make sure we give our forward line some supply, if Geelong get on top in that battle they are going forward to Tom Hawkins who is career best form, so we need to make sure we give our guys supply too."

First bounce is 3.35pm on Sunday with the match broadcast on Channel 7 and Fox Footy.
