Sydney Swans forward Tom Papley has earnt himself two AFL Round 18 Goal of the Year nominations following his performance against the GWS Giants at Metricon Stadium on Sunday night.

Papley has been nominated for two of his four goals in Sydney's 26-point victory in the Sydney Derby.

Papley's first nomination comes from his effort to start the clash, with some quick reflexes snapping one from the pocket to get the derby underway.

His second nomination was for his effort in the final quarter, when he pulled out all the tricks as he dribbled one from the boundary with 10 minutes to go.
