It’s an exciting time for the Sydney Swans.
We are a proud, historic and inclusive club and we are excited about our future.
A key part of that is the expansion of our QBE Sydney Swans Youth Girls Academy program and looking ahead to our AFLW team who will join the league next season.
In light of the continual evolution of our club, in 2021 the club made a small but important change to the club song which was reflective of who we are and where we are going.
The second last line of our song now reads ‘While Our Loyal Swans are marching, onwards to victory.’
Throughout the 2021 season it was fantastic to hear our men's team, the QBE Sydney Swans Youth Girls Academy teams and our members and fans singing the song with much pride.
Here's to much more 'cheer' in Season 2022!
