IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VIC AFL PLATINUM, VIC ULTIMATE AND VIC FLEXI MEMBERS
Unless advised otherwise, you do not need to pre-register your attendance to come to a match. For the 2023 season, you will be able to download your mobile member ticket/s on your smartphone to enter Marvel Stadium.

If you know of a Swans member who is not as digitally connected, please reach out to them and let them know help is available.
Membership Support can provide assistance to download or access mobile member tickets. Alternative options can also be made available to ensure all Sydney Swans members gain access to matches they are entitled to as part of their membership.

Reminder, all members will need to download their mobile member tickets via the official Sydney Swans app to access Marvel Stadium. Click on 'Member Tickets' from the home page of the app, or click here to view our step-by-step guide.

Member Pack Redemptions
Need to collect your member pack? Our membership team will be at Marvel Stadium on Saturday from 12pm until first bounce at the Guest Services offices across from Gate 2 for any queries. Download your member pack redemption pass to your wallet in advance.
PRE-MATCH MEMBER MINGLE!
Heading to Marvel Stadium this Saturday? Swans members will be taking over the Danvers Room pre-match. Head to the Danvers Room located on level 2 of Marvel Stadium from 12pm to take part in the member door prize and mingle with other Swans members before enjoying the match! Simply show your Mobile Member Ticket at the door to gain access on the day.
To access the Danvers Room, you will need to take the lift located at Gate 6 (Aisle 30) up to level two from the concourse level.
