Today, Sydney Swans Foundation delivered its first annual Impact Report. This report is a celebration of the collective efforts of our supporters, partners, donors and staff. We encourage you to take a moment to read about players success, donor stories and this year’s achievements.

Sydney Swans HQ is our biggest milestone since moving to Sydney. It stands as a symbol of our dedication to the growth and success of our club, and the broader community.

Our state-of-the-art facility is built to support elite athletes throughout their AFL and AFLW career, and young aspiring athletes throughout their development in the Sydney Swans Academy.

Stretching 60m long and 30m wide, our indoor field is the centrepiece of the development. An altitude cycling studio, hydration station, hot and cold plunge pools, as well as saunas and spas are at the ready for player recovery.

For the first time in club history, both the men’s and women’s programs can operate under the one roof. To have our QBE Sydney Swans Academy training alongside our AFL and AFLW team is also positive for ensuring enduring success for generations to come. Our Academy is as strong as ever, and to see top end talent Indhi Kirk and Caiden Cleary drafted to the AFL list and Holly Cooper to the AFLW list is testament to the success of program.

As we look ahead, the Foundation is committed to making a positive and lasting impact.

The Sydney Swans Foundation are proud to provide funding to contribute to nurturing the pipeline of young athletes coming through the QBE Sydney Swans Academy.
