A handful of Sydney Swans players have been nominated for AFL Players' Association Awards for 2025.
The final awards will be announced at the AFL Awards on Thursday night in Melbourne, alongside the announcement of the 2025 All-Australian team, Coleman medalist and Rising Star Award.
Swans Brodie Grundy and Isaac Heeney have been named in the All-Australian squad and both looking for their third All-Australian selection should they be picked in the final 22.

- AFL Players’ Best Captain Award, proudly presented by Chartered Accountants: Callum Mills
- AFL Players’ Most Courageous Player Award, proudly presented by Tackle Your Feelings: Tom McCartin
