After a bye week, the team have returned to the club to prepare to head west to take on the West Coast Eagles. Here are all the top headlines ahead of our Saturday night match up in this week's edition of Red and White News, presented by 7+ Sport.

Papley 200 Games

Sydney Swans forward Tom Papley will play his 200th AFL match this weekend, when the Swans play the Eagles at Optus Stadium on Saturday.

The co-host of Sydney's official podcast "More than Footy", appeared on the show this week to reflect on his life and playing career in the red and white.

From re-living childhood memories in Bunyip, the influence of his grandfather Max Papley, being drafted by the Swans while working as a plumber, being denied a trade to Carlton, the impact of John Longmire and his family, and much more, this is Papley in his raw, emotional form, and a must-listen for all sports fans who love a story built on hard-work, perseverance, and personal growth.
