Senior coach Dean Cox has confirmed that defender Jai Serong and key forward Charlie Curnow will be unavailable for Round 9 against North Melbourne.
The news was announced in a press conference on Thursday morning with Serong managing hamstring tightness and Curnow an abdominal issue.
"Charlie Curnow won't play. He's got an abdominal issue that we need to work through," Cox shared.
He added, "Serong's hamstring is a little bit tight. So, he's going to fall too short to train today. So, he won't be available."
Final team selection will be confirmed on Thursday at 6:20pm.
