Sydney Swans ruckman Brodie Grundy has been rewarded with a perfect 10 votes from the coaches after his best-on-ground display against Collingwood on Friday night.
Grundy, who now moves into the top 5 of the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year award, produced arguably his best performance of the season with 34 disposals, one goal, 46 hitouts, 12 clearances and six score involvements.
He also won his first Goodes-O'Loughlin Medal in the Swans' thrilling six-point victory over Collingwood in Marn Grook at the SCG - awarded to the player judged best afield in the club's annual fixture.
Meanwhile, Nick Blakey continued his scintillating form with 39 disposals, 902 metres gained, and one goal, to earn eight coaches votes, while Heeney (32 disposals, one goal, nine score involvements) and Justin McInerney (31 disposals, one goal) earned four votes and one vote respectively.
