The Sydney Swans have made two changes for their Round 6 clash with Port Adelaide on Sunday.

Senior coach Colin O'Riordan has recalled talls Ally Morphett and Lexi Hamilton after they missed last week's derby win through suspension.

Speaking to Sydney Swans Media, said the inclusions were a big boost for the team.

"It's nice to have Morph back, obviously she's coming up against a formidable opponent this weekend in Matilda Scholz so it'll be really nice to have that," O'Riordan said

"And then obviously Lexi back for the backline, we were probably a bit small last week so it's nice to have a bit of height down back."

Darcy Moloney has been omitted, while Sofia Hurley will miss after she she sustained a serious ankle injury against GWS last round.

O'Riordan said Hurley was in good spirits.

"Sof is good, we just had a team meeting downstairs and she popped her head in," O'Riordan said.

"Surgery went really well, really confident and now it's just about establishing a return to play timeline. So we'll figure that out in the coming days.

Heading to Adelaide with a 4-1 record, O'Riordan said the focus was a four quarter performance.

"I think it always comes back to what we want to stand for and our DNA and what that looks like." O'Riordan said.

"So it hasn't changed this week, we want to go down and put a four quarter performance and if we can do that it sets us up for an exciting day."
