The Sydney Swans are Finals Bound.
We have locked in a blockbuster Elimination Final against Western Bulldogs at Henson Park.
It will be the club’s first-ever AFLW home finals fixture, and just the second time the red and white will feature in an NAB AFLW Finals Series.
The Swans finished the Home & Away season in sixth place after victories over West Coast and Fremantle in their final two games ensured their place In the Top 8.
