Sydney Swans members and fans are set to enjoy an unprecedented match-day experience in season 2019, with the SCG receiving a major boost in food and beverage offerings over the summer break.

Among the wide range of SCG upgrades, additional equipment has been installed across the venue, as have new coffee machines, while the new 4 Pines Brewing lounge will be in place in the Bill O’Reilly Stand.

The Churchill Stand will see service improvements as well as a refurbishment of the dining bar.

Internet protocol television (IPTV) menus and screens have been introduced stadium-wide, enhancing the overall game-day experience.

This follows the news of the scoreboard upgrades and the increase in capacity of the Red Zone for 2019.

Swans Head of Commercial Kelle Storey says the boost in the quality of hospitality is great news.

“We’ve been listening to feedback from members and supporters and it’s great the SCG has made upgrades to boost the game-day experience at the venue,” Storey told Swans Media.

“The needs and wants of fans are also at the centre of what we do at the Sydney Swans, and the recent upgrades to food outlets, bars, how meals are served, furniture, the IT system, scoreboards and much, much more will make going to a Swans game an unforgettable experience.

“The 2019 season is shaping up to be another exciting campaign and I’m sure these upgrades will play an integral role in the promising season ahead. The Swans are all about delivering not only on the ground but off it too, and recent enhancements to the SCG will benefit the club moving forward.”
