Sydney Swans midfielder Ben McGlynn has been sidelined with a hamstring injury suffered at training on Thursday.

McGlynn will have scans to determine the extent of the injury after leaving the track early with some tightness in his hamstring.

Coach John Longmire told SwansTV the extent of McGlynn’s injury would be determined in the coming days.

“It looks to be just a hamstring tweak,” Longmire said on Centrum Team Selection.

“He’ll get a scan in the next day or so, he’s out for this week and probably next week as well.”

McGlynn played his 150th match against Carlton last Friday night at the SCG.
