Over one hundred boys that are part of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy U18 and U16 squads headed to Wanda beach in Cronulla for one of their toughest sessions of the year on Sunday.

Players from both squads joined staff at the tough san dunes in Sydney's south for what was a exhausting fitness session in their final season of the year.

The QBE Sydney Swans Academy will return to action in the new year with 842 boys and girls enrolled in the program.
