The Sydney Swans have made two changes to the line-up ahead of Saturday night’s final home and away game, against Brisbane Lions at the Gabba.

2009 Club Champion Ryan O’Keefe has recovered from the groin soreness that kept him out of the side last week, and he will come back into the team, along with clever forward Jarred Moore.

Moore missed last week’s match against the Western Bulldogs after being concussed in the Round 20 game against Fremantle.

Ruckman Shane Mumford is out of the team with a medial strain, and young speedster Gary Rohan will go back to the Reserves.

Coach Paul Roos said Rohan had done well last week against the Bulldogs and was unlucky to miss out. “We thought he was good. It really just came down to  match-ups and the roles that we want guys to play,’’ Roos said.

Rohan spent time running off half-back last week, and Roos believes that area can be covered against the Lions by the likes of Nick Malceski, Martin Mattner and Tadhg Kennelly.

Key forward Daniel Bradshaw is likely to make his return to the field in the Reserves, who play in Canberra on Saturday.
