Experienced ruckman and two-time All Australian Brodie Grundy arrived at the Swans in ahead of the 2024 season, having played 194 games across Collingwood and Melbourne. After debuting for Magpies in 2013 he went on to feature in four finals campaigns, including the 2018 Grand Final. After playing every game in 2024, he placed fourth in the 2024 Bob Skilton Medal. He starred in 2025, averaging 37 hit outs and 20 disposals per game from 22 games, taking home the Adam Goodes Trophy as runner-up in the club's Best and Fairest and earning selection in the All-Australian squad.
