QBE Sydney Swans Academy product Callum Mills is one of the most successful graduates, having won the 2016 AFL Rising Star award in his debut year and selected in the AFL Players’ Association’s 22Under22 team in three of his four eligible years. The New South Welshman was elevated to Sydney’s leadership group during the 2018 pre-season at the age of just 21, and he’s now a member of a leadership panel alongside co-captains Luke Parker and Dane Rampe. The co-captain earned his first All Australian selection and was awarded his first Bob Skilton Medal as the Sydney Swans Club Champion for 2022. He appeared in 20 matches in 2023 and led the team to yet another finals series.
