Our staff and players were incredibly excited to start the new year in our new home at the Royal Hall of Industries and we can’t wait to welcome our members in the months ahead.

The centrepiece of our new home is the indoor training field, which has already been given a good workout by both our men’s team and QBE Sydney Swans Academy, with both programs in full swing.

The training field is bordered by offices, locker rooms, gym, and dining facilities, with the latter already offering a hub to bring everyone together.

While these spaces are complete, which has enabled us to move in, construction continues all around us.

A retail space, museum, wet recovery areas and reception are among the areas still being completed, along with the adjoining international standard basketball and multi-purpose court.

Once completed, Sydney Swans HQ will be home to our men’s team, women’s team, reserves team, and Academy, along with our community partners GO Foundation, Clontarf Foundation, and Lifeblood, which will provide the only dedicated blood donor centre in Sydney’s east.

Importantly, it’s a new home for our members and a place that will come to life before and after games.

Construction is expected to be completed in the next few months, so stay tuned to our website for details on upcoming member events.

As we are in the final stages of the build and our fundraising campaign, it’s also not too late to be part of delivering this important project, which is our club’s most significant undertaking since moving to Sydney.
