Trellix, the cybersecurity company delivering the future of extended detection and response (XDR), has extended their partnership with the Sydney Swans to raise cybersecurity awareness and help equip Australia with the knowledge and tools to safeguard against cyber threats.

With cybercriminals continuing to use traditional and emerging technology, resources, and methods to profit from successfully infiltrating organisations, Trellix’s mission is to power a resilient and thriving world. Trellix provides advanced security solutions to support Australian business and government customers to confront the most advanced threats.

“The partnership with Sydney Swans to support men’s and women’s football, is an important opportunity for the organisation to give back to the community to make an impact beyond just the business world,” said Trellix ANZ Managing Director, Luke Power. “We are honoured to get involved with the community through this partnership to help build greater confidence and trust in cybersecurity throughout Australia.”

Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley said the club is thrilled to continue the partnership.

“This is a fantastic partnership between two organisations passionate about giving back to the community. We are really excited about this ongoing relationship we have with Trellix, as we believe cyber security awareness is important in this day and age,” Harley said.

The partnership will come to life through signage at Sydney Swans AFL men’s home games, while the Trellix logo will appear on all AFL team laptops and iPads.
