MEMBER ACCESS
Sydney Swans members will be able to purchase tickets to our Preliminary Final during an exclusive member pre-sale as outlined below.
MEMBER PRE-SALE:
Sydney Swans members receive priority access to purchase Finals tickets ahead of the general public. This exclusive pre-sale will take place from 10:00am - 2:00pm (AEST) on Monday, September 16 via Ticketek, here.
To access the pre-sale, members will be required to quote their 12-digit barcode number. This number can be found in your Swans Account or in the email members will receive on Sunday September 15. Members who do not know their barcode should contact Swans Membership in advance of the pre-sale.
HANDY HINTS
- Remove the letters at the front of the barcode (i.e. Ad) and any commas when adding these into Ticketek.
- If using multiple barcodes, put each barcode on a new line within the barcode box.
- Member barcodes will only be able to access the same level ticket as the membership type. For example an adult membership barcode will access adult tickets.
- Member pre-sale ends at 2pm, if members wish to purchase after this time they will need to purchase via the general public on sale. No barcodes required outside of the member pre-sale window.
CHEER SQUAD TICKETING:
2024 Sydney Swans Cheer Squad members receive access to purchase a ticket into the Cheer Squad seating area for all Sydney Swans matches in weeks 1-3 of the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
Cheer Squad members will be emailed with booking details to purchase tickets into the Cheer Squad area on Sunday September 15.
Cheer Squad members who wish to sit with non-Cheer Squad members will need to go through the member pre-sale detailed above with their 12-digit barcode number.
PREMIUM MEMBER TICKETING:
2024 Sydney Swans Redback members receive guaranteed access to purchase a Category 1 ticket for all Sydney Swans matches in weeks 1-3 of the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
Redback members will be emailed booking details to purchase these tickets on Sunday, September 15.
Redback members who wish to sit with non Redback members will need to go through the member pre-sale detailed above with their 12-digit barcode number.
AFL MEMBERS:
AFL members with Sydney Swans Club of Support will be able to purchase tickets during the member pre-sale from 10:00am - 2:00pm (AEST) Monday, September 16. These members will receive an email from AFL Membership with their barcodes and details of the on-sale.
AFL Members should contact AFL Membership about any enquiries regarding their barcodes and access for this member pre-sale.

Q: As a Sydney Swans member, how many tickets can I access using my member barcode?
A: This information will be included in the email correspondence to be communicated to eligible members on Sunday, September 15. You can view member eligibility for weeks 1-3 Finals Tickets in section 4.2.1 in our Membership Terms & Conditions.
Q: I want to buy a family ticket but only have 2 barcodes. Can I do this?
A: Yes. Because members can access two (2) tickets per member barcode you will be able to purchase a family tickets for the Preliminary, using two barcodes. You MUST enter both barcodes in the member barcode box together (on separate lines) to be able to select four (4) tickets as part of the family ticket option. Using one (1) barcode will not work.
Q: I am a Melbourne based member. Can I still use my barcode to purchase a ticket for the week 3 Preliminary Final at the SCG?
A: Yes. All eligible Sydney Swans members (regardless of where they live) have the opportunity to purchase a ticket to this final - subject to capacity. Eligible members will receive an email on Sunday, September 15. You can view member eligibility for weeks 1-3 Finals Tickets in section 4.2.1 in our Membership Terms & Conditions.
Q: My barcode isn't working for the member pre-sale.
A: Try removing any letters at the front of the barcode (i.e. Ad) and any commas or spaces at the front/end of barcode numbers when adding these into Ticketek. Each barcode must be entered on a separate line in the box proved as per the below example:

Q: The members pre-sale has only just started, and you're sold out in many categories - is this right?
A: It's likely that many members are trying to access the pre-sale using multiple devices and have multiple seats in their cart deciding what they want. We recommend you clear your cache and try again.
Q: Can I buy extra tickets for friends and family in the member pre-sale?
A: It will depend on the number of tickets available to members per member barcode. The number of tickets a member barcode will only allow will be communicated on Sunday, September 15.
Further to this, if the member would like to share their barcodes with friends or family to purchase tickets because they cannot make the final, this is fine.
Q: I am a Redback member. Why am I not able to purchase multiple tickets via the Club in the Category 1 seats you're offering?
A: Unfortunately, we don't receive enough tickets to be able to fulfil multiple tickets per Redback member into this area. We are happy to place an order for multiple tickets with multiple Redback barcodes into this Category 1 seating area if you're booking on behalf of other Redback members.
Otherwise, you're welcome to use your barcode in the member pre-sale if you'd like to purchase additional seats for family and friends.
Q: I am a Cheer Squad member. Why am I not able to purchase multiple tickets via the Club into the Cheer Squad bay?
A: We have limited seats in the Cheer Squad bay which means we can only offer one ticket per membership. If you'd like to purchase additional tickets for family and friends, you're welcome to purchase these in the member pre-sale.
Q: Can I share my member barcode with others once I've bought a ticket so they can access the member pre-sale?
A: Unfortunately not. Once you have 'unlocked' the member pre-sale and purchased a ticket/s against your barcode, it cannot be used again for that game.
Q: As a member, do I receive a discount on finals tickets?
A: Unfortunately, not. As the finals are operated by the AFL, no members of competing clubs receive a discount on finals tickets.
Q: I am an AFL member with Swans Club Support - how can I buy a ticket to a Swans Final?
A: You have access to purchase a ticket during the Members Monday Pre-Sale. Please contact AFL Membership regarding these details.
Q: I am a Premiership Club member. Do I receive priority access to Weeks 1-3 finals tickets.
A: Premiership Club members gain access to purchase tickets to the Qualifying Final via the Member pre-sale using your membership barcodes.
Q: Can my unused guest passes from this season be used to redeem tickets to a Swans final?
A: No. Guest passes could only be used at Sydney Swans home games during the 2024 Home and Away Season.
