2026 is fast approaching as we prepare for another exciting year of AFL and AFLW. We couldn’t do it without our loyal supporters, and we want to make Sydney Swans memberships even better.
Last month we shared a survey with our members which received over 3,000 responses. 46% were based in Sydney, 40% from interstate and 14% located overseas – you don’t have to be a Sydneysider to be a passionate follower.
A quarter of AFL members who participated were also AFLW members, with fandom of AFLW increasing 18% year-on-year. We see you! THANK YOU for turning up in 2025.
Overall member satisfaction sits at 7.9 out of 10 (above the five-year league average of 7.8) while renewal intention is rated at 9.0 out of 10 – you want back in for the 2026 season. This exceeds the league benchmark of 8.8.
