The Sydney Swans Institute will kick off one of the most exciting weeks on the AFL calendar with it's premier leadership summit.
Held during the AFL's Gather Round week, the Institute will hold a Gather Round Leadership Summit in Adelaide for the first time.
The Sydney Swans Institute launched in 2025 with an aim to bring together the expertise of our people in the areas of leadership, culture, fitness and high performance.
South Australian businesses and those travelling for the weekend can experience the Institute’s high-performance leadership approach through a curated event held on Thursday, April 9.
Attendees will hear directly from some of Australia’s most accomplished business leaders, coaches and executives as they share practical insights into building high-performance cultures, leading through growth and innovation, and scaling organisations in competitive environments.
Through a blend of panel discussions, fireside conversations and interactive workshops, the Summit will create an engaging environment for learning, discussion and the exchange of ideas with like-minded leaders.
The afternoon will conclude with networking drinks alongside fellow participants and presenters, wrapping up in time for the opening match of Gather Round weekend on Thursday night.
