Caiden Cleary impressed with 29 disposals and one goal, while Hayden McLean was a force in the forward line, leaving no stone unturned with four goals.
Billy Cootee, playing his second game after battling injury over the pre-season, also starred with three goals, 12 disposals in three quarters of footy (named an emergency for the AFL side).
It’s the Swans second victory under the reign of new coach Nick Malceski, who would be impressed by the effort of his youthful Swans outfit who lead at the end of every term.
They were challenged in the third term when the Giants brought the Swans lead back to under a goal but responded to take a 11-point lead into the final break and continued their pressure and solid night on the scoreboard in the final term.
AFL listed players Peter Ladhams (22 disposals) and Will Edwards (21 disposals) also had solid outings whilst development players Nick Shipley and Mitch Mellis also impressed in the win, recording 20 and 18 disposals apiece, while each playing their role in a handful of goals.
The Swans now set their sights on a huge clash against Footscray next Friday morning at Whitten Oval.
