Sam Wicks - Hamstring strain 
Sam is continuing rehabilitation for his hamstring strain, focusing on progressively building running volumes while introducing higher-speed running exposures and low-level football skills. He is responding well to increased training loads and continues to work through key rehabilitation milestones as he builds capacity for a return to full training.

Justin McInerney - Hamstring strain 
Justin continues to steadily progress, with a focus on developing hamstring strength and resilience while gradually building running volumes, agility, and aerobic conditioning. He is continuing to work through key benchmarks as he progresses to the next phase of his return to play program. 
4-5 weeks
 
 
Joel Amartey - Achilles strain 
Joel is continuing his Achilles rehabilitation and has successfully progressed out of the boot. He is now focused on rebuilding lower limb strength within protected ranges while maintaining his overall conditioning through off-leg training. He continues to make steady progress as he works through the early loading phases of rehabilitation.

Noah Chamberlain - hamstring injury 
Noah is working hard on rebuilding hamstring strength through a comprehensive rehab program. Alongside targeted strength development he is progressing through pool-based rehabilitation, running drilling and introductory running exposure.

Liam Hetherton - Lower back stress injury
Liam is now 12 weeks post injury and is making steady progress. He is continuing pool-based rehabilitation, Pilates and low-level loading alongside introductory running drilling.

Max continues to work diligently through rehabilitation, with a focus on motor control, Pilates, accessory strength and pool-based rehab, while optimising running biomechanics.
