THE Sydney Swans round 24 clash with the Brisbane Lions will be a 4.10pm twilight match on Saturday September 3 at the SCG.
The AFL today announced the full round 24 fixture.
Sydney Swans CEO Andrew Ireland said that a recent survey of members had shown there was great interest in the Swans featuring in twilight matches.
“We are pleased that we have been given the opportunity to trial the twilight fixture in round 24 against the Brisbane Lions,” Mr Ireland said.
“Our members have told us that they would like to see the Club playing matches in the twilight timeslot, so this is a fantastic opportunity to see how our fans respond,” he said.
Tickets will be available via Ticketek. A member pre-sale will open on Monday August 1 at 9am. Tickets will then go on sale to the general public on Thursday August 4.
