We’re excited to welcome fans back to the SCG this weekend for Saturday’s match against the Gold Coast Suns.

The health and safety of the community is our priority and we’ve put a number of measures in place to protect our patrons, including reducing spectator numbers in all areas of the ground to assist in physical distancing.

Everyone attending will also have a role to play in supporting the SCG’s COVID-Safe plan – this year more than ever, we are in this together.

All attendees will be required to abide by the SCG’s COVID-Safe protocols, which include hygiene practices, physical distancing and dedicated entry and exit gates and times.

Everyone is asked to practise physical distancing inside and outside the ground, particularly on entry and exit.

Importantly, anyone who is feeling unwell should stay home.

Extra signage has been installed, the SCG will be cashless and our Membership Support team will be available from 2pm until the end of the first quarter by phone or online, which will avoid queuing for those in need of assistance.

The AFL has asked that no patrons to be seated in the first two rows of the concourse, or within close proximity to the benches or access routes to the field of play. In addition, areas behind the goals will have no spectators.

As a further measure, the club has blocked out the bay around the players’ race to ensure patron and player safety.

We’re encouraging everyone to download and activate the COVIDSafe app to assist with contact tracing if required.

If we all follow the necessary steps, we can help keep our community safe and help keep NSW open. Thanks in advance for your support.
