The Sydney Swans fly out for Perth tonight and will hold a public training session at Subiaco Oval tomorrow at 2pm (WST).

The Swans always like to arrive a few days before the game when they play in Perth, to acclimatise to the weather and the time change.

With Fremantle sitting in fifth place and the Swans seventh on the ladder, the stakes will be high when the two teams meet on Saturday afternoon.

The two teams will be playing for the Redkite Cup.

A charity partner of both clubs, Redkite supports children, young people and their families through cancer by providing emotional support, financial assistance and educational services.

Every time Fremantle and Sydney play against each other, the winner takes home the Redkite Cup.

The inaugural Redkite Cup match took place in round 19, 2008, when Sydney won the honours at the SCG.

Fremantle bounced back to defeat the Swans at Subiaco Oval in round 5, 2009, and retained the cup with a win at the SCG in round 9 earlier this season.
