Notice to Members
The following is a Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for Sunday, May 23rd from 11.00am at the Club’s premises.
In considering the environment and to become more cost efficient the Club has resolved to forward a Notice of Meeting only to members for this year’s Annual General Meeting, after a review of the Corporations Legislation Amendment (Simpler Regulatory System) Act 2007.
Members that still wish to receive the financial report are able to do so via access to the Club’s website and downloading a file marked Annual Report or simply by emailing or phoning the Club requesting a copy.
