The Sydney Swans are set to head to South Australia and Queensland to play out the remainder of the 2020 home-and-away season.

The AFL has unveiled the fixture for Rounds 14-17, with Round 18 pencilled in as a floating fixture that will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Next week the Swans take on Fremantle in the AFL’s Sir Doug Nicholls Round as their final game in Perth.

The team will then head to Adelaide for a Round 14 clash with Port at Adelaide Oval on the afternoon of Saturday, August 29.

From there, the Swans will fly north to host Melbourne in a Thursday twilight “home-away-from-home” game at Cazaly’s Stadium in Cairns.

Round 16 will see the Swans play an away match against Carlton at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast on Tuesday, September 8.

Finally, the Swans will host another home game at Cazaly’s Stadium in Round 17, against the Brisbane Lions on Sunday, September 13.

It leaves Sydney to face Geelong in the final round of the season in what will be a Swans home game, however the venue for the match is yet to be confirmed.
